A lot of goodies for breakfast. Very clean bed, fairly clean bathroom and a kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Amicable, EXCELLENT staff, gorgeous location close enough to Northern Ireland, Carrickfergus, and a lovely garden. And a 15-minute walk from Diamond Jubilee Wood.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a really really nice stay. The double room was lovely with very clean beds. The excellent service and the attention to detail! The hotel was near to the sea, a lovely garden and a local restaurant thanks to its amazing and stunning location. Local fast food option Jess's Plaice was 25 minutes walk away.

altahammond house exceeded our expectations. fantastic hosts, cozy atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast. felt like home away from home.

Wifi was unreliable.

The staff were helpful and affable and the location was gorgeous in the surrounding villages. There was café Coffee and Cream, that I found within 20 minutes' walk of the hotel. The room was both spacious and neat with a wonderful view.

The most important was the staff - excellent and amicable people. The room was high standard with open bathroom and the view was breathtaking!

The room is spacious with princess-like vibes. The host is attentive and even provided treats and wine. The bathroom offers nice warm water. The breakfast is fantastic. The view is absolutely breathtaking.

The friendly and down to earth hosts go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and the ensuite bathrooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The house offers many facilities and has a cozy and inviting ambiance.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. Parking was easy, and transportation was never an issue. The location was perfect, providing stunning views of the sea. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.
